Home Services Sales Consultant | Flexible remote role | Contract position | $100,000 OTE | Uncapped commissions
We are looking for a confident, motivated salesperson to join a growing home services business.
This role involves speaking with warm customers who have already expressed interest in a high-demand home services product. You will help them understand their options, provide suitable recommendations and guide them through to a sale.
With a steady flow of inbound enquiries and a product people are actively looking for, this role offers regular opportunities to close sales and earn uncapped commissions.
What you’ll be doing
- Responding to warm inbound enquiries
- Calling customers to understand their needs
- Providing clear product and pricing information
- Preparing and presenting quotes
- Following up with customers and progressing opportunities
- Managing your own sales pipeline
- Keeping accurate notes and updating the CRM
- Delivering a professional customer experience from first contact through to sale

About you
You may be a strong fit if you:
- Have experience in sales, customer service, trades, home services, telecommunications, finance or a similar field
- Are confident speaking with customers over the phone
- Can build trust quickly and explain options clearly
- Are organised and comfortable managing follow-ups
- Are motivated by results and uncapped earning potential
- Can work independently while staying accountable
- Have a professional, positive and persistent approach
Previous sales experience is preferred, but strong communication skills and the right attitude are equally important.
