Solve by Talent is partnering with the University of Sydney to recruit a Workday Systems Administrator within Information and Communications Technology (ICT).
This role will support the ongoing administration, configuration and enhancement of the University's Workday platform, working closely with HR, ICT and other stakeholders to deliver a reliable and effective employee experience.

Reporting to the Workday Systems Manager and based in Sydney , you'll join a specialist team responsible for the ongoing support and enhancement of the University's Workday platform.
This is a hands-on role that combines system administration, stakeholder support, testing and continuous improvement. You'll work closely with HR, ICT and business stakeholders to ensure the platform remains secure, effective and aligned to business needs, while gaining exposure to a broad range of Workday initiatives and projects.
Provide day-to-day administration and support for Workday, managing escalated incidents and service requests.
Configure and maintain system processes, security, tenant activities and cyclical events.
Support testing for system changes, releases, integrations and enhancements.
Collaborate with HR and ICT stakeholders to identify , assess and implement solutions.
Monitor system performance, data integrity and compliance requirements.
Contribute to change requests, continuous improvement initiatives and project delivery
Experience supporting or administering Workday or a similar HCM platform.
Understanding of system configuration, testing and change management processes.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
A proactive, solutions-focused approach and ability to work independently.
Exposure to ServiceNow, Jira, Agile environments or enterprise business systems will be highly regarded
