Job Description
Ramsay Health Care is seeking an experienced and dynamic Practice Manager to lead our dedicated team. This pivotal role requires an individual who drives operational excellence and champions outstanding patient care, ensuring a seamless and professional experience throughout every patient journey.
Key Accountabilities

Coordinate the day-to-day operation of the Sessional Consulting Suites service, ensuring an efficient and customer-focused experience for doctors and patients.

Support doctors through the delivery of consulting suite services, private practice administration where agreed, session coordination and contract management.

Manage consulting suite bookings, session allocations and utilisation to maximise service efficiency and support operational objectives.
-
Maintain accurate records, reporting and invoicing processes, including billing, receipting and reconciliation activities.

Develop and maintain positive working relationships with doctors, patients, staff and external stakeholders while ensuring compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
About You:

Possess at least two years of experience managing a medical practice.

Practice Management qualifications and experience managing a multi-specialty practice are highly desirable.
