This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and commercially focused Finance Business Partner to play a key role in supporting Capital Works & Infrastructure across the Local Health District. Working closely with key stakeholders, you will provide expert financial planning, analysis and advice to inform sound decision-making and drive organisational outcomes. The role is responsible for leading the development of budgets and forecasts, validating project briefs and business cases, and delivering meaningful financial insights through comprehensive reporting, performance analysis and scenario modelling. You will ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and financial management standards while promoting financial integrity and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and value through targeted strategies. In addition, you will build organisational capability by mentoring teams and enhancing financial literacy across the business. As a trusted partner, you will demonstrate adaptability in responding to changing priorities and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement that supports the District's strategic objectives.
