- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Collaborate with sales teams on bids, pricing, and new business opportunities
- Conduct regular service quality reviews with customers
- Ensure customer requirements are translated into operational procedures
Drive business growth through operational excellence and customer satisfaction

Financial Accountability
- Own and manage the P&L for the assigned product line/geography
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial performance
- Optimize resource utilization to improve EBITDA
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and contract requirements
