We are based in Lidcombe, NSW 2141, and have over 20 years of experience in the mobile phone and tech product retailer industry. We specialise in online, retail, and wholesale smartphones and elecctronics devices, operating both physical retail stores and online platforms.
We are currently seeking an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Customer Service Agent (Online/In-Store) to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and manage general customer enquiries via email, phone, and in-store.
- Deliver friendly, professional, and helpful customer service at all times.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and manage documentation.
- Handle customer complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives, including follow-ups on in-store and marketplace disputes.
- Process customer orders and return requests, ensuring customer needs are met to achieve high satisfaction levels.
- Assess returned items and provide timely updates and outcomes to customers.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar sales or customer service role within a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.
- Strong attention to detail and awareness of store presentation standards.
- A genuine commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
- Highly organised, efficient, and able to perform well under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Flexible availability across a 7-day roster, including weekdays and weekends.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $26.50 – $28.00 per hour
