As the Business Support Officer, you will manage the CFO's diary, ensuring seamless scheduling, prioritisation, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. You will provide a wide range of business support services, including maintaining the FFP SharePoint site, and facilitating team building activities for the FFP team. You will play a key role in ensuring briefing notes and correspondence are accurately logged, tracked, and finalised, while keeping stakeholders informed of progress. You will also have the opportunity to lead or contribute to ad-hoc projects and research initiatives, ensuring deliverables are completed efficiently and effectively. This role requires someone who can act as a central point of contact for the FFP team, fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
You will be relied upon to provide proactive advice and support to ensure the smooth operation of the office and FFP functions. Your ability to identify and implement process improvements will be highly valued, as will your commitment to delivering excellence in customer service and fostering a positive workplace culture.
