About the role:
Our Baristas cum Shift Leaders are responsible for preparing all The Coffee Club beverages while ensuring Cafe Operations runs smoothely . As a shift leader you will lead and direct team members into areas requiring attention including taking orders, replenish and rotate stock and keep the place clean.
About you:
- Minimum 2 years’ Barista experience;
- Minimum 1 years' experience as a leader or attitude to lead
- You have an excellent customer service focus
- You’re 100% committed to excellent coffee;
- Your grind, tamp, pour and texture comes as second nature!
