About the Role
This role is responsible for managing accounts payable functions across Konami Australia, ensuring accurate processing of invoices, bank reconciliations and financial records. You will play a key role in maintaining financial integrity while supporting broader finance operations and reporting requirements.
The position suits someone who can work both independently and within a team, manage competing priorities, and consistently meet deadlines while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities

Perform daily bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy across accounts

Code and enter invoices, expense claims and financial data

Maintain petty cash, including monthly reconciliation

Process supplier payments including EFT, cheque and foreign payments

Set up and maintain supplier accounts and records

Prepare and review payable reports, cost allocations and spreadsheets

Complete monthly reconciliations including creditor statements and sub-ledger to general ledger

Assist with fixed asset tracking including acquisitions and disposals

Monitor and process periodic payments and provisions

Prepare financial reports and supporting documentation for internal and HQ reporting

Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company procedures

Support broader finance functions including cash flow reporting and balance confirmations
About You
You are organised, detail-focused and highly dependable, with a strong sense of accountability and accuracy. You take ownership of your work, are comfortable working autonomously, and contribute positively to a collaborative team environment.
You will ideally bring:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar Accounts Payable role

TAFE qualification or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field (preferred)

Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and financial reconciliations

Experience processing payments, invoices and financial reporting tasks

High attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines consistently

Strong communication and organisational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting systems (Pronto experience highly desirable)
Candidates with experience in high-volume transactional environments or complex reconciliations will be highly regarded.
