The Employer
Based in the heart of central New South Wales, the family-owned business operates across two distinctive properties, Mungarra and Yarran Nook, which together encompass 3,800 hectares of high-quality land dedicated to a mixed farming and dryland operation. The family take great pride in their stock management, currently running 4,500 Merino Ewes joined to Poll Merino and Poll Dorset rams, alongside a herd of 100 Angus/Hereford cows, complemented with a robust cropping enterprise that rotates wheat, canola, and barley through 2,200 hectares of prime soil.
Their business values, which prioritise integrity, resilience, and clear communication, serve as the foundation of their leadership and decision-making, ensuring that the workplace is not only productive but also a genuinely safe and enjoyable place to pursue professional growth.
The Offer
Offering a competitive remuneration package, tailored to attract the right expertise, and recognising the importance of a comfortable living environment for the team. Providing two distinct housing options: a newly renovated four-bedroom house suitable for a family located 30km from Forbes, or a neat, tidy two-bedroom cottage situated just 15km from town, both of which offer easy access to school bus routes, ensuring convenience for families.
