Position Overview
We're seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales Support Coordinator to join our Gliderol team in Pinkenba. This role acts as a vital link between our customers and sales team, ensuring enquiries, orders and claims are managed accurately and efficiently.
Working within a collaborative team environment, you'll play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of our sales function.
What you will do
- Processing customer orders, credits, warranty claims and damage claims
- Providing customer support via phone, email and online channels
- Assisting with product troubleshooting and spare parts enquiries
- Managing account administration and customer records
- Coordinating customer communication and ensuring timely issue resolution
- Supporting the broader sales team with administrative and operational activities
Maintaining accurate data and documentation across business systems

- Previous experience in customer service, sales support or administration
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation
- Proven problem-solving skills and customer focused approach
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Confidence in using business systems and customer service software
- Professional and calm approach when handling customer issues
Positive attitude and wiliness to learn and grow with the role

- Experience supporting a sales or customer service team
Experience within manufacturing, building products or industrial environments (highly regarded)
