Lovaxy is a premium Australian beauty brand specialising in custom luxury female press-on nails. We are seeking an experienced and passionate Retail Supervisor to join our growing team in Warrnambool, Regional Victoria.

Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing daily retail operations.
- Ensuring that customers receive prompt service and quality goods and services.
- Responding to customers’ inquiries and complaints about goods and services.
- Planning and preparing work schedules and assigning staff to specific duties.
- Interviewing, hiring, training, evaluating, dismissing and promoting staff, and resolving staff grievances.
- Instructing staff on how to handle difficult and complicated sales procedures.
- Examining returned goods and deciding on appropriate action.
- Taking inventory of goods for sale and ordering new stock.
- Ensuring that goods and services are correctly priced and displayed.
- Ensuring safety and security procedures are enforced.
- Overseeing daily retail operations.
- Managing and supervising retail staff.
- Maintaining store condition and visual merchandising standards.
- Reporting on buying trends, customer needs and profits.
- Providing constructive feedback to staff.
- Implementing promotional events and sales activities.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience as a female beauty retail supervisor.
- Minimum 1 year experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales.
- Experience within the nail industry is essential.
- Experience creating social media posts for business promotion.
- Excellent leadership, communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Qualification and Experience
At least one year of leadership and/or relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications listed above. In some instances relevant experience and/or on-the-job training may be required in addition to the formal qualification.
Annual Salary:
$80,500 plus super
