Your New Role
As a Super & Retirement Adviser, you'll provide professional intrafund advice and guidance that empowers members to make informed decisions about their retirement future. Working in a supportive and highly collaborative environment, you'll engage directly with members through virtual appointments and ongoing advice conversations.
Please note this role is open to Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney and Perth locations.
Some responsibilities include:
- Deliver compliant, high-quality superannuation and retirement advice to members;
- Conduct member appointments via phone and video conferencing;
- concise dot points reflecting key accountabilities
- Prepare and review Statements of Advice (SOAs) in line with regulatory and compliance requirements;
- Respond to member enquiries and ongoing servicing needs with a member-first approach; and
- Maintain strong knowledge of superannuation, retirement strategies and industry regulations through ongoing professional development.
How do you exceed our expectations?
- The idea of being part of our growth is exciting and you want to play a pivotal role in making super simple;
- A Diploma of Financial Planning (or equivalent qualification);
- Relevant tertiary qualifications that meet FASEA education requirements;
- Experience providing financial planning, superannuation or retirement advice;
- Strong knowledge of advice processes within financial services or wealth management;
- A solid understanding of the legal and compliance framework governing financial advice;
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional member outcomes;
- You are balanced in accepting risk in any decision you face. You are curious to understand risk context and choose to speak up as we simplify, learn and grow.
