Disability Support Workers (Immediate Start)
Location: Albury, Wodonga & Surrounding Areas

About the Role
As a Disability Support Worker, you'll provide person-centred support to participants in their homes and throughout the community. No two days are the same, with supports including:
- Personal care and daily living assistance
- Community access and social participation
- Supporting participants to achieve their individual goals
- Medication assistance (where appropriately qualified)
- Behaviour support implementation (where applicable)
- Building meaningful relationships with participants and their families
What We're Looking For
- Experience in disability, aged care or community services (preferred)
- A genuine passion for supporting others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliability, flexibility and a positive attitude
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Current Australian Driver's Licence and reliable, insured vehicle
Experienced Support Coordinator
Location: Albury/Wodonga
Kindred Coordination is seeking an experienced Support Coordinator to join our growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside our existing participants while continuing to build your own caseload through new participant engagement and community networking.
About the Role
You'll work closely with participants and their support networks to:
- Coordinate and implement NDIS supports
- Build participant capacity and independence
- Connect participants with quality providers and community services
- Monitor budgets and support implementation
- Develop strong relationships with participants, families and stakeholders
- Assist with onboarding and supporting new participants
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience as an NDIS Support Coordinator (essential)
- Sound knowledge of the NDIS and relevant legislation
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
