Katzu Katzu is a cozy and authentic Japanese eatery, specializing in the art of Katsudon. Nestled in the heart of East Victoria Park, we are dedicated to providing our guests with an unforgettable dining experience, showcasing the rich flavors and culinary traditions of Japan.
We are on the lookout for a passionate Katsudon Specialist Cook to join our tight-knit kitchen team. Your responsibility are:
- Prepare and cook Katsudon according to our traditional recipe with attention to detail and presentation
- Ensure the consistent quality and taste of our signature dish
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Manage inventory levels for Katsudon ingredients, ensuring freshness and availability
- Uphold food safety and sanitation standards at all times
- Contribute to the development of new Katsudon variations or specials
You will need to obtain a food safe certificate for this position. We value good learning attitude than years of experiences. Training will be provided with assistance of checklists and handbook.
Successful candidate will be pay hourly with weekend rate plus superannuation. You can enjoy company benefits of staff discount, free on site parking and career progression with bonus on the run.
