Commercial Cleaning Subcontractor

About the Opportunity
We are seeking reliable and professional cleaning subcontractors to join our growing team. This opportunity is ideal for experienced contractors who take pride in delivering high-quality commercial cleaning services while maintaining professional standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete cleaning services in accordance with the site scope of works.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and presentation throughout the facility.
- Vacuum, mop, dust and sanitise all designated areas.
- Clean toilets, kitchens, offices and common areas as required.
- Replenish consumables where applicable.
- Report maintenance issues, hazards or site concerns promptly.
- Follow all Workplace Health and Safety requirements.
- Ensure all work is completed to client specifications and company quality standards.
- Maintain professional communication with site representatives and management.
Contractor Requirements
- Current Australian Business Number (ABN).
- Public Liability Insurance.
- Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain one where required).
- Current Working With Children Check (where required by the client).
- Current Labour Hire Licence (where required under applicable legislation).
- Reliable transport and a current driver's licence.
- Own cleaning equipment and supplies (unless otherwise specified).
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage scheduled services.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Australian work authorisation.
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Previous commercial cleaning experience across a variety of industries.
- Experience cleaning schools, offices, retirement villages, medical centres or industrial facilities.
- Experience operating commercial floor cleaning equipment, including scrubbers, buffers and burnishers.
- Experience performing strip and seal, floor polishing and other hard floor maintenance.
- Experience with internal and external window cleaning.
- Experience carrying out deep cleans, periodic cleaning and builders cleans.
- Carpet extraction and steam cleaning experience.
- High-pressure washing experience.
- Ability to identify maintenance issues and report them promptly.
- Flexibility to work across multiple sites and varying schedules.
- Ability to complete additional project or specialist cleaning work when required.
