We’re looking for an experienced Barista / Supervisor to join our cafe team in Glen Iris.
About the role
You’ll play an important role in delivering great coffee, friendly service, and smooth day-to-day cafe operations. We’re looking for someone who is confident on the coffee machine, enjoys working with people, and can take the lead when needed.
What we’re looking for
- Barista experience with strong coffee-making skills
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Friendly, reliable, and well-presented
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Able to work well in a fast-paced café environment
- Comfortable supporting and guiding the team
- A positive attitude and willingness to get involved
