Looking for Casual Dental Assistant to join the Dental Pearls Team in Brisbane City, QLD 4000 for 2 shifts a week on Wednesdays and especially Thursday.
As a Dental Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the dental professionals and ensuring the smooth running of the practice. With a focus on providing exceptional patient care, this position offers the chance to work in a collaborative and patient-centric environment.
What you'll be doing
- Assisting the dentist during procedures by preparing treatment rooms, sterilising equipment, and passing instruments
- Ensuring the dental surgery is well-stocked with necessary supplies and materials
- Greeting and welcoming patients, and guiding them through the check-in process
- Maintaining accurate patient records and updating treatment information
- Providing exceptional customer service and addressing patient inquiries and concerns
- Adhering to all health and safety protocols to maintain a safe and hygienic work environment
- Perform Basic Admin Jobs
What we're looking for
- Previous experience as a Dental Assistant
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and accurately
- Proficient in using dental equipment and software, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
- A caring and empathetic personality, with a genuine interest in providing high-quality patient care
