Key Requirements
- Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, or a related field (essential)
- Previous experience in disability support
- Availability for flexible shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
- Reliable transportation (desirable)
- A genuine passion for supporting people with disabilities
Your Responsibilities
- Provide emotional support and companionship
- Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, and household duties
- Encourage and support clients to participate in community activities and social events
- Implement person-centred support plans tailored to each individual's goals and needs
- Promote independence, dignity, and choice in all aspects of support
