Barmilano, a Northern Italian restaurant in Maroubra Beach and new opening in Randwick, is searching for a skilled and passionate Chef to join our team! Your Responsibilities:
- Preparing and delivering top-quality Northern Italian dishes with care and precision
- Keeping up with the fast pace of service while maintaining consistency
- Working closely with the team to ensure seamless kitchen operations
- Upholding the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety
- Bringing creativity and passion to the menu while staying true to Barmilano’s style
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a chef in a restaurant environment
- Strong understanding of Italian cuisine, fresh ingredients, and cooking methods
- Ability to work under pressure and handle high-demand service periods
- A team player with a great attitude and solid work ethic
- Passion for delivering excellent food with attention to detail
