About the Role
Snooze Launceston is seeking an energetic and dedicated Sales Person to join our retail team on a part-time basis. This role involves approximately 20 hours per week, with a requirement to work weekends. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing expert advice on bedding solutions and ensuring a premium shopping experience both in-store and online.
Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for customer service inquiries in-person and via the website.

Advise customers on product features, order status, and provide consistent follow-up.

Meet or exceed established sales goals through proactive customer engagement.

Process customer transactions, including obtaining deposits and balancing final payments.

Use active listening and questioning skills to identify and solve customer needs effectively.
Requirements

Previous experience or a strong understanding of sales and retail environments.

Availability to work weekends as part of a regular part-time roster.
