Required Skills & Experience
Core Experience
- 8–12+ years of experience in enterprise application architecture.
- 5+ years hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM / CE / F&O).
- Proven experience delivering large‑scale Dynamics implementations, preferably in onsite or consulting environments.
Technical Skills
- Strong expertise in:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Service, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain)
- Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse)
- Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, Azure Functions)
- Understanding of ALM, CI/CD, security models, and performance tuning.
Professional Skills
- Strong client‑facing and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to business and executive audiences.
- Leadership skills to guide cross‑functional onsite teams.
Education & Certifications (Preferred)
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
- Microsoft certifications such as:
- Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert
- Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
