The Manager (HR Case Management) role requires a confident and credible leader who can:
- lead and develop a team of case management professionals
- advise senior leaders on complex people, performance, conflict and dispute matters
- develop evidence-based risk management strategies
- represent the department's interests in complex case management matters, including Queensland Industrial Relations Commission conferences
- build trusted relationships with stakeholders through a coaching and business partnering approach
- support responsive and contemporary employee relations practices
- ensure advice and decisions align with relevant legislative, industrial, regulatory and policy frameworks.
To thrive in this role, you will bring substantial experience delivering human resources advice within a business partnering model, specialist expertise in complex performance matters, and the ability to lead a team towards broader organisational priorities.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in industrial relations, law, human resources or a related field, together with membership or certification through the Australian Human Resources Institute, will be well regarded.
