Redcape Hospitality is looking for an experienced Bar Manager to join the leadership team at Orion Hotel.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll take ownership of bar performance, lead a passionate team and help shape the guest experience in one of Springfield’s busiest hospitality venues. Working closely with the leadership team, you'll spend your time where it matters most, on the floor coaching your team, maintaining exceptional standards and driving bar performance.

What You'll Do
- Lead the bar team during peak service periods
- Coach, support and inspire your team to deliver great hospitality every shift
- Own beverage quality, stocktake and beer line standards
- Support bar rostering, ordering and day-to-day bar operations
- Drive exceptional customer experiences through service, atmosphere and presentation
- Partner with the leadership team to continually improve bar performance
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience leading a high-volume bar or hospitality team
- Strong knowledge of beer, wine, spirits and cocktails
- Experience with stock control, ordering and beverage quality
- A positive leader who brings energy to every shift and creates a team culture where people enjoy coming to work
- Current Queensland RSA
- Availability across days, nights, weekends and public holidays
