Our team manages and executes large-scale capital projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety and leave a lasting positive legacy in the communities we engage with.
What you’ll do:
You’ll be part of an integrated team working on a well known Mining project in WA. This role primarily focuses on budget control, producing project control reports, and providing inputs for performance analysis and recommendations to internal stakeholders. Your day to day will include;
- Administer Staffing plan actual and forecast.
- Prepare and maintenance of timesheet access matrix.
- Administer personnel Client endorsement process.
- Preparation of client invoice and supporting reports.
- Administer assigned sub consultant packages in the Cost System and review with Project Team.
- Quantity Man-hour Reporting (QMR) output / Input data validation.
- Preparation of Cost Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), budgets, cost forecasts, Revenue forecasts, cash flows, project dashboards and other cost control documents.
About you:
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar project controls role.
- High level of computer skill with advanced Microsoft Excel, Word and MS Office package abilities.
- Understanding of Budget allocation, WBS, SOW, Cost terminology.
- Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills, ability to interface with project and corporate stakeholders.
- Tertiary Degree in Finance, Commerce, Engineering or similar.
