Job Description
In the role of Clerical Officer, your primary responsibility will be to deliver a comprehensive and customer-focused service across all Front Office functions, with a particular emphasis on administrative tasks related admissions.
Your duties will encompass but are not restricted to:

Patient admissions

Processing all booking requests from VMOs or patients and reviewing theatre lists as needed.

Thoroughly checking all received paperwork and initiating follow-up actions as necessary, ensuring patients possess the appropriate level of health fund coverage.

Proactively reaching out to patients to schedule appointments in a timely manner.

Processing admissions accurately in the relevant system, such a Meditech.

Ensuring the successful implementation and consistent adherence to standard policies, processes and documentation within the Revenue Cycle.
