We are currently seeking caring and dedicated Aged Care Workers to join our growing team on a casual basis in the Southern area of Gold Coast.
What You’ll Do
- Assisting with personal care such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility
- Supporting clients with meals and daily routines
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Performing light household duties (cleaning, laundry, meal preparation)
- Following care plans and accurately documenting services provided
- Working collaboratively with our care team to ensure safe, high-quality support
About You
You are someone who genuinely cares about improving the lives of others. You bring:
- Compassion, patience, and reliability
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently in clients’ homes
- Flexibility and responsiveness to changing client needs
Requirements
- Certificate III in Aged Care, Home & Community Care, or currently studying nursing/health
- Current First Aid & CPR certification
- Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicle
- National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Full working rights in Australia
