About the Role
We're seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Logistics Admin to support the day-to-day administration of our warehouse, transport and distribution operations based at our Condell Park site.
Working closely with the Warehouse Manager & team, you will coordinate transport activities, maintain inventory and logistics records, process delivery documentation.
Duties

Coordinate transport schedules, freight movements and delivery requirements while liaising with carriers, drivers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely service delivery.

Process transport, dispatch, POD, CHEP and inventory documentation accurately, maintaining shipment records, load summaries and delivery status reporting.

Coordinate freight cost calculations and verification, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of billing discrepancies through collaboration with carriers, Accounts Payable and internal stakeholders.

Support warehouse and logistics operations through inventory transaction processing, stock reconciliations and investigation of inventory variances.

Maintain logistics records and provide administrative and system support to warehouse, customer fulfilment and logistics teams.

Communicate delivery delays, stock issues and service concerns, while identifying and implementing opportunities to improve logistics processes, accuracy and operational efficiency.
Skills & Experience
-
Experience in logistics, transport, warehouse administration or supply chain environments.

Strong knowledge of transport coordination, warehouse operations and inventory processes.

Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Dynamics or similar platforms.

High attention to detail, data accuracy and the ability to manage competing priorities independently.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills; experience in FMCG, manufacturing or distribution environments is highly regarded.
