Your new role:
As a Senior Physiotherapist, you'll provide high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy services across community and residential care settings. Working within the Community Services Team, you'll manage complex caseloads, contribute to service improvements and support the development of staff while delivering person-centred care that helps people remain independent at home.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver advanced physiotherapy assessment, treatment and care coordination in community settings.
Manage complex caseloads and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Lead quality improvement initiatives and contribute to evidence-based clinical practice.
Provide supervision, education and support to junior clinicians, students and Allied Health Assistants.
About you:
You are an experienced Physiotherapist who is passionate about delivering exceptional community-based care and supporting positive health outcomes for older people and those requiring rehabilitation.
Skills & Experience
Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist with relevant tertiary qualifications.
Demonstrated experience managing complex community physiotherapy caseloads.
Strong leadership, communication and multidisciplinary teamwork skills.
Ability to mentor staff, drive service improvements and deliver evidence-based care.
