About the role
The College is seeking to appoint a Head of Athlete Development and Engagement to lead and implement a whole school, integrated athlete development model from Prep to Year 12. This role will design, deliver, and continuously improve programs that strengthen performance pathways, enhance student wellbeing, and optimise the effectiveness and efficiency of the College’s sport program.
The successful Head of Athlete Development and Engagement will drive consistency in programming, monitor student development outcomes, and embed a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring the College's approach to athlete development is innovative, cohesive and aligned with best practice.

About You
We have deliberately not provided set and narrow selection criteria. However, it would be likely that the successful candidate will have:
- Broad experience across multiple sports (preferably not narrow specialisation)
- Strong school-based experience
- Exposure to high-performance environments
- Experience working with male and female athletes
- Proven ability to lead whole program delivery (not only elite programs)
- Program leadership development and implementation across Prep - Year 12, male and female.
- Effective stakeholder management across staff, students, parents, and external partners
- Strategic thinking and program alignment
- Operational excellence and program management
- Athlete centred approach
