Avalon Earthscapes is looking a new team leader to join our crew, working on exciting landscaping & construction projects in the region.
Team Leader Role:
- Must be able to manage site operations & supervise works.
- Plan labour requirements, materials & coordinate on-site deliveries.
- Report site activities & milestones.
- Follow plans & dynamically adapt to changes.
All Stars team-members are:
- Cairns region based, with a vehicle and drivers licence.
- Experienced in use of machinery, power tools, landscaping & construction.
- Willing to make a long term employment commitment.
Please note:
- Qualifications & experience is essential, trade level skills & ability are required.
- Certificate III Landscaping and/or Construction trades; carpentry, concreting, plumbing (similar competency will be viewed favourably).
- Above award wages and bonuses are part of what we call our 'standards'
