We are looking for a junior legal assistant to join our busy family law team, based in Lilydale.
As a full time legal assistant at Johnstone and Reimer Lawyers, your primary responsibilities will be to:
- Carry out a variety of administrative tasks including sending letters and emails and making telephone calls;
- Generating and reviewing precedent legal documents;
- Document management;
- Scheduling and diary management;
Experience in Family Law is not essential but experience in an office environment and/or qualification in law, justice or administration is required. Experience in sales or reception will be favourably looked upon.
Key attributes required are high attention to detail, friendly and personable manner, excellent organisational skills and a can-do attitude.
