Position Title: Scaffolder (ANZSCO 821712)
SBS Engineering is a locally owned business specialising in Fixed Plant & Mobile Plant Equipment
As a result of the company’s continuous growth, we are looking for experienced Scaffolders to join our team in the Goldfields.
The Role: We are seeking reliable and motivated Scaffolders to support mining operations, shutdowns, and maintenance works. This hands-on role involves the safe erection, alteration, and dismantling of scaffolding systems across fixed plant and site infrastructure.
- Fits and bolts tubes, support braces and components to form bases and build up scaffolding
- Lifts and positions sections of scaffolding
- Erects guard rails, guy wires, ropes and clamps, lays planks, and hangs safety nets
- Dismantles and removes scaffolding from building sites
Experience & Qualification Requirements:
- HRWL – Intermediate or Advanced Australian Recognised Trade Certificate III or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Scaffolder
- Experience in shutdowns and maintenance environments
- National Police Certificate
- Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical & Drug and Alcohol Screen
- Construction White Card
- Working at Heights Certification < 2 years
- Valid Australian Drivers Licence
- Strong safety focus and commitment to team values
