With over 30 years of excellence, Sheshwarz Hair, Body & Beauty is renowned for outstanding hair and beauty services. We’re seeking an experienced Beauty Therapist / Salon Manager to lead, inspire, and grow our dynamic team.

Role Options
- Manager role on an hourly rate.
- Commission-based arrangement to build your own clientele for makeup artists
- Room rental option if you prefer to operate more independently.
MANAGERS Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day salon operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Support team meetings, budgeting, and KPI tracking.
- Lead, coach, and develop team members to deliver service excellence.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming salon environment.
- Deliver exceptional client experiences through professional beauty treatments.
BEAUTY THERAPISTS Key Responsibilities
- Eyebrow shaping and tinting.
- Facials, including advanced treatments such as microdermabrasion.
- Waxing.
- Lash services; experience with lash botox and tinting is highly advantageous.
MAKEUP ARTISTS Key Responsibilities
- Perform makeup artistry in a space of 45-60mins
- Sell and recommend our retail

- Fluent in English with excellent communication
- Team-oriented with a positive and motivated attitude
- Professional presentation and a passion for customer service
- Reliable, punctual, and proactive
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
