You’ll play a vital role in ensuring applications are processed efficiently, enquiries are handled professionally, and customers feel supported throughout their experience with the City.

What You’ll Be Doing

Receipting and processing building applications

Reviewing technical documents

Providing customer service across various channels

Maintaining records and compiling reports

Supporting internal teams with admin tasks

Improving procedures and practices

Qualifications
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for a proactive team member with a passion for building services. You’ll ideally bring:

Strong organisational and time management skills

Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills

Strong Proficiency in MS Office and documentation systems

Knowledge of building legislation (desirable)

Experience in local government admin support (desirable)

Strong administration background
