We're LABB, a lash and brow salon in Wavell Heights with over 1,170 five-star reviews across Google and Fresha, open since 2016. We use our own premium lash line, do beautiful considered work, and have clients who come back year after year. We're growing, and we're looking for someone to grow with us long term.
Who we're after
Someone with at least 3 years experience in lash extensions, lash lifts and brows (all essential), who takes real pride in their work: clean sets, retention that holds, sharp brows, and the soft wispy looks clients love right now.
Just as much, we care about who you are with clients. You're genuinely warm, you build real relationships, and people come back because they feel looked after. You're positive and confident recommending the right services, memberships and products. That's part of the role.
Nice extras
A diploma is a plus but not essential. Skills in facials, skin needling, spray tanning, waxing, threading, builder gel, cosmetic tattooing or retail? Even better, tell us what you're good at. You'll also help create content now and then, so you're comfortable on camera and have a near-new iPhone for filming and uploading to our shared folders.

The details
Starts casual or part-time with the genuine intent to grow into full-time for the right person. Closed Sundays and Mondays, so those days are always yours. Pay is $36 to $45/hr depending on skills and experience, with the top of the range for Saturday hours. December is our busiest month, so full availability that month is needed. This role suits someone fully focused on LABB, so it isn't right for anyone running a home salon or working in a competing capacity.
