Trainer & Assessor – Immediate Start
Pro-Lift Training is seeking a motivated and experienced Trainer & Assessor to join our team immediately. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading training organisation delivering high-quality training and assessment services across the industry for High Risk Work Licenses and RII Competencies.
About the Role
We are looking for a professional and reliable Trainer & Assessor who is passionate about helping students develop the skills and knowledge required to succeed in the workplace. The successful applicant will deliver practical and theory-based training, conduct assessments, and ensure compliance with all relevant training standards. At Pro-Lift Training, we are known for offering the below courses:
- Forklift
- EWP
- Dogging
- Working safely at heights
- Conduct lifting operations
- Operating a Gantry or overhead crane
- Earthmoving
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and compliant training programs.
- Conduct competency-based assessments.
- Support students throughout their learning journey.
- Maintain accurate training and assessment records.
- Ensure all training is delivered in accordance with RTO and industry requirements.
- Promote a positive learning environment and uphold Pro-Lift Training's professional standards.
Essential Requirements
Applicants must hold current and relevant qualifications, including:
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent).
- Relevant industry qualifications and experience in the training areas being delivered such as a High Risk Work Licence and RII Competencies (please provide copies).
- Current driver's licence.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable
- Experience delivering high-risk work licence training (Forklift, EWP, etc.).
- Experience delivering RII competencies.
- Previous experience within an RTO environment.
- Current industry experience and knowledge.
