We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Cleaner to join our team.
This is a casual position suited to someone with a mature mindset who can work efficiently and take pride in maintaining high cleaning standards. Previous cleaning experience is highly regarded, but not essential.

Current Pay Rates:
- $37.91 per hour (6:00pm – 12:00am, Monday to Friday), inclusive of 25% casual loading, plus applicable penalties and allowances (e.g. laundry, travel)
- 12% superannuation
- Fortnightly pay cycle
Eligibility Requirements:
Due to the nature of our clients and the work we undertake, applicants must:
- Be an Australian Citizen
- Be willing and eligible to obtain a criminal history clearance (at no cost), with supporting identification (e.g. birth certificate, passport)
- Have a clean criminal history and have resided in Australia continuously for the past 5 years
- Be physically fit with no existing injuries, as the role involves manual work, including wearing a backpack vacuum for extended periods
- Present professionally, as our clients are primarily corporate businesses
- Demonstrate strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
Work Locations:
You will work across multiple sites, including (but not limited to):
Baringa/Aura, Birtinya, Maroochydore, and surrounding areas through to Kunda Park.
Shift Details:
- Most team members work approximately 2 shifts per week, including most Friday nights but additional shifts may be rostered depending on the requirements of the business for that fortnight.
- During your training, you will normally complete at least 3 shifts a week for the first 4-6 weeks.
- Friday night availability is essential for this role and you will be rostered for most Friday nights.
- Shifts typically range from 3.5 to 4.5 hours and START at 6:00pm sharp.
- Finish times vary by location, with shifts finishing as late as 10:30pm
