About the Role
Reporting to the Operations Development Consultant, the Operations Services Consultant supports the planning, coordination and execution of operational activities across the Oporto network.
The role works closely with franchisees, restaurant teams, field teams and support centre stakeholders to ensure operational information, communications and resources are accurate, current and easily accessible. You will coordinate operational campaigns, maintain standards documentation, support digital platforms and operational systems, manage reporting activities and assist with stakeholder communications.
This role plays an important part in helping restaurants consistently execute operational standards, improve operational performance and support key business initiatives across the network.
Key Activities Include:
Operational Support & Coordination
- Support planning and scheduling activities to help operational initiatives stay on track.
- Maintain operational databases, knowledge resources and restaurant support documentation.
Campaign Execution & Communications
- Coordinate national operational campaigns, resources and communications across a multi-site restaurant network.
- Prepare campaign guides, briefing materials and supporting communications.
- Work with stakeholders to gather updates and distribute approved information to restaurants.
Documentation & Standards Management
- Maintain operational standards manuals, procedures and operational guides.
- Coordinate reviews and updates with subject matter experts across the business.
- Ensure documentation is accurate, current and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
Project Support & Reporting
- Support project tracking through action registers, timelines and meeting coordination.
- Prepare and maintain operational KPI reporting and Balanced Scorecards to support performance improvement initiatives.
- Monitor key milestones and follow up on actions to support successful delivery.
Digital Platforms & Systems Support
- Support digital platforms through troubleshooting, testing, KPI reviews and reporting.
- Assist with the day-to-day support and continuous improvement of POS and back-of-house systems.
- Support relationships with delivery aggregator partners, including reporting and performance monitoring.
About You
Essential
- Experience in an administration, operations support, project coordination or similar role.
- Proven experience in business operations, including commercials, operational excellence and compliance.
- Strong written communication skills with experience preparing reports, guides or business documentation.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Able to build effective working relationships and collaborate across a range of stakeholder groups.
Desirable
- Experience supporting multi-site, retail, hospitality or franchise operations.
- Exposure to POS systems, digital ordering platforms, delivery aggregators or related operational technology.
- Exposure to KPI reporting, scorecards, reporting dashboards or business improvement initiatives.
