We are expanding our team and are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Pastry Cook to join our Haberfield location.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake traditional Italian pastries such as cannoli, biscotti, crostata, maritozzi, and seasonal specialties
- Produce cakes, tarts, mousses, and other Italian desserts
- Follow both classic and modern recipes with accuracy and consistency
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety
- Ensure consistent product quality and presentation
- Assist with daily preparation, stock rotation, and ingredient ordering
- Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant pastry experience
- Certificate III in Patisserie or equivalent trade qualification
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
