Your new role
Your new role as Administration Officer within the Finance team will be critical in providing admin support across our dealership and finance function. You’ll join an experienced, professional team in a role that can set you up for a long-term career with one of SA’s most successful businesses.
What you’ll be doing
- Providing admin support to AP/AR professionals, accountants, and the broader dealership
- Processing deals and the accompanying paperwork
- Managing routine admin functions such as mail, banking, and stationery
- Assisting with month-end activities and reporting
- Other general administrative duties as required, giving you diversity in your days
About you
To succeed in this role, you’ll demonstrate:
- A strong administrative skillset, preferably gained within large, diverse businesses
- Knowledge of finance processes and concepts is beneficial, but not essential
- Exceptional time management, prioritisation, and organisational skills
- A proven track record of communicating proactively and positively with stakeholders
- A keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy first time
- Computer aptitude, with an ability to learn and adopt new systems
