We’re Currently Recruiting:
Allied Health Administrators - Multiple Roles Available
We're looking for warm, organised and compassionate admin superstars to be the first point of contact for our psychology and allied health department. You'll be the welcoming face and voice of our clinic, while creating calm, clarity, and consistency for practitioners, clients, and stakeholders.
Primary duties include:
- Welcoming clients and families
- Answering phones and responding to emails
- Managing practitioner diaries and appointments
- Supporting client onboarding and administration
- Processing payments and billing
- Working closely with our clinical and administration teams
Finance Administrator - 1x Full Time Role Available
We're looking for a detail-oriented, organised, and proactive Finance Administrator to help keep our financial operations running efficiently behind the scenes. This isn't a traditional accounts role. You'll work closely with the General Manager to ensure the financial engine of the organisation runs smoothly – allowing our psychologists, allied health clinicians and NDIS teams to continue delivering exceptional client care.
Primary duties include:
- Billing and invoicing across multiple funding streams
- Payment processing and reconciliations
- Medicare, NDIS, DVA and private health claiming
- Accounts receivable and outstanding debt management
- Timesheet and contractor payment support
- Supporting finance projects and business improvement initiatives
- Assisting with financial reporting, budget tracking, and dashboard preparation

- Have experience with Medicare, NDIS, DVA, private health claiming, Xero, Tyro Health, Stripe, or Splose.
Experience in hospital administration, specialist medical reception, allied health or other fast-paced healthcare administration environments will be highly regarded.

Salary
Remuneration for both roles will be offered under the Health Professionals and Support Services (HPSS) Award and will be negotiated based on the successful applicant's experience, qualifications and skillset.
