With continued growth and new contracts in place, we are seeking a skilled Contract Officer to join our dynamic and client-focused team.
Position Overview:
As a Contract Officer, you will be responsible for managing cleaning service contracts, coordinating operational activities, supervising team performance, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will also support management in reviewing, negotiating, and monitoring contracts to meet performance and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the resolution of contract-related issues and negotiate amendments when required
- Supervise documentation and compliance for services, agreements, and operational initiatives
- Work closely with project managers to achieve strategic objectives
- Advise senior management and implement necessary changes
- Oversee contractor performance and update work orders
- Compile reports and presentations on project outcomes and KPIs
Daily Operational Duties Include:
- Oversee daily cleaning operations in line with contract obligations
- Ensure shift coverage and efficient service delivery to meet KPIs
- Mentor and train cleaning staff
- Manage client relationships and respond to service requests
- Prepare and negotiate contract variations
- Conduct daily and weekly inspections against performance targets
- Prepare operational and compliance reports
- Respond to general and emergency cleaning incidents
- Promote a safe and positive working environment
- Ensure OH&S compliance is upheld
- Perform administrative duties as required
What We’re Looking For:
· Proven experience in contract or operations management, preferably in the cleaning or facilities sector
· Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
· Familiarity with OH&S regulations and compliance standards
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· High attention to detail and organisational skills
Qualification:
- Diploma level or higher

Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
