About the role
As a Real Estate Sales Consultant at First National Real Estate Co Bridge Group, you will play a key role in driving the success of our residential sales team. This full-time position is based in our Carlingford, NSW office and offers an exciting opportunity to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
What you'll be doing
- Actively prospecting and generating new sales leads through various marketing channels
- Conducting property appraisals and providing expert advice to clients on property values and market trends
- Organising and hosting open house inspections, private viewings and auction events
- Negotiating sales agreements and ensuring a smooth transaction process for buyers and sellers
- Maintaining excellent communication with clients throughout the sales lifecycle
- Collaborating with the wider sales team to share best practices and support business growth
What we're looking for
- Proven track record in residential real estate sales, with a minimum of 2 years' experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Excellent organisational and time management skills to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
- In-depth knowledge of the local property market and current industry trends
- Enthusiasm, drive and a passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Relevant real estate qualifications or a willingness to obtain them
- Current Real Estate Licence is required at the time of application

Pay: $65,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
