Gaming Attendant
We’re looking for team members with a current NSW RCG and RSA to join our Gaming Department. In this role, you’ll be the face of the gaming floor delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the smooth operation of one of the Club’s busiest areas. You will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our members and guests, building rapport with patrons, and contributing to a positive atmosphere.
What you’ll do:
- Provide friendly, high-quality service to all gaming patrons
- Set up, maintain cleanliness and close down gaming areas as required
- Monitor service in line with RSA and RCG requirements
- Report machine faults promptly and accurately
- Work collaboratively with Gaming, Bar, Cafe and Duty Manager teams
The desired applicant will have:
- Current NSW RCG and RSA (Required)
- Strong customer service skills and professional presentation
- Ability to work across evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Reliability, teamwork, and a proactive attitude
