Your New Role
As a Product Owner – Agent Tools, you will play a key role in delivering impactful tools and solutions that support frontline teams and enhance member outcomes. You will work closely with stakeholders to prioritise and deliver initiatives that improve customer service, operational efficiency and the overall agent experience.
You will be accountable for shaping the product roadmap, managing delivery priorities and ensuring alignment with business objectives, while fostering strong collaboration across teams.
Key duties include but are not limited to;
- Define and manage the product backlog, ensuring clear prioritisation aligned to business value
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable user stories
- Drive delivery of agent tools to support frontline teams and improve member outcomes
- Engage with internal teams to ensure solutions are fit-for-purpose and meet operational needs
- Monitor product performance and continuously identify opportunities for improvement
- Support delivery teams through backlog refinement, sprint planning and ongoing product direction
Ensure strong stakeholder engagement and communication throughout the product lifecycle

What You’ll Need
- Demonstrated experience working as a Product Owner or in a similar agile delivery role
- Proven ability to manage and prioritise a product backlog in a complex environment
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience delivering customer-facing or operational tools within financial services or a related industry
- Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and user stories
Strong problem-solving capability with a focus on continuous improvement
