Atelier Botanica is seeking motivated and reliable Gardener/s to join our growing team. We have both Part time and casual positions as well as Apprenticeship available. We are based in Wheelers Hill.
We're open to applicants ranging from general labourers through to qualified horticulturists — experience is highly regarded, but a good attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
Duties Include but not limited to:
- Carry out general maintenance duties including mowing, edging, pruning, weeding, mulching, and fertilising
- Maintain lawns, gardens, hedges, and landscape areas to a high presentation standard
- Operate and maintain gardening equipment and machinery safely and effectively
- Assist with planting, turf care, and general landscape improvement tasks
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete daily tasks efficiently
- Landscape work as required
Requirements:
- Current Victorian driver's licence
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work independently and within a team
- Good communication and work ethic
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
- Attention to detail and pride in your work
- Australian permanent resident status required
