As a Learning Delivery Specialist, your role will be to deliver engaging and innovative learning solutions to build capability and support the development of staff across various business units.
You will also perform some administration of learning delivery and content, and knowledge management via the learning management system
This will be a full time, permanent position based in the Melbourne office, with work-from-home flexibility (up to 3 days per week) subject to learning program/business needs, performance and approval.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliver engaging training sessions and capability development programs for individuals and groups

Contribute to the design and testing of learning experiences

Facilitate technical, process and people skills programs across a range of formats and delivery methods

Manage learning content, records, and reporting through relevant systems and tools

Evaluate training effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement

Apply adult learning principles to ensure knowledge transfer and skill development

ABOUT YOU
Victorian Workers’ Compensation experience is mandatory, with demonstrated experience working within a Case Management environment. -
Previous exposure to Learning & Development, coaching, mentoring or capability development would be highly regarded.

Demonstrated ability to deliver engaging learning solutions, across both formal and informal learning environments.

Strong coaching and facilitation skills, with the ability to develop capability and support the growth of others.

Strong computer literacy, including proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite.

Internal applicants: To be eligible for this role, you must have achieved EML Grow Immediate level in full and be actively working towards Advanced level.
