Located in Creswick, Victoria, between Ballarat and Daylesford, RACV Goldfields Resort is looking for an experienced, hands-on and people-focused Housekeeping Manager to lead a critical department that directly shapes first impressions, guest satisfaction and resort presentation.
As Housekeeping Manager, you will take ownership of the daily operation of the Housekeeping Department, ensuring rooms and public areas are presented to exceptional standards every day. This is a highly visible leadership role where you will coach and inspire your team, drive productivity and service consistency, manage resources and budgets, and partner closely with Front Office, Maintenance and the wider resort leadership team to deliver seamless guest experiences.
Taking ownership of daily operations, guest room readiness, public area presentation, procedures and quality standards
Managing equipment, chemicals, linen, lost property, keys, radios, stock control and PAR levels
Embedding a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with health, safety, wellbeing, chemical handling and manual-handling requirements
