Reporting to the Data and Automations Manager, you will have a level of exposure and insight to business challenges and opportunities; this role requires someone who strives to collaborate, challenge and influence business partners and provide analytical and value-add recommendations that have a real impact on business decisions, long-range strategy and overall business performance with a focus on delivery & completion.
With analysis being one of your key strengths, you will perform a detailed end-to-end analysis of the process, data, design and system effectiveness to identify inefficiencies. Your strong continuous improvement focus will assist you in championing opportunities for improvement and engaging with key internal and external stakeholders to realise improvements and drive innovation. You will have demonstrated experience in executing long-term strategies and plans, including midterm plans and short-term execution. You can identify and componentise work to deliver outcomes to the business that build towards and do not compromise long-term goals. Your skills include working with multiple (often conflicting) goals & timelines.
You hold relevant tertiary qualifications and excellent interpersonal, problem-solving/critical thinking and communication skills. You have proven capacity to work across departmental boundaries to achieve results and effective management of resources to deliver agreed outcomes in a multi-vendor, on/offshore model environment. You will have experience in ETL processes, SAP BW on HANA, Azure and Power BI.
